PRODUCT ENGINEERING

Product Engineering engagements we offer are of two types.

Engineering Outsourcing Partner

In this engagement the client is looking to completely outsource all engineering activities to an offshore partner. The Neova team will work directly with the Client Business Anaylst or Product Management teams to understand the requirements for the product or project under consideration. The Neova team will provide technology recommendation, architecture and design considerations, manage the product development, testing and deployment working with the client at all times. The progress of the project will be jointly monitored and regular feedback and improvements will be applied to the client satisfaction. An onsite project manager can be deployed for requirements gathering and reporting progress giving further visibility of the project.

Engineering Team Augmentation

This engagement involves augmenting clients existing engineering team with resources to help in development activities. The Neova team will work together with the client engineering team as one team to ensure successful delivery of the product or project. The client will interact with a single point of contact from the Neova Team who will be responsible for coordinating all activities at the offshore office. The augmentation could also be in the form of Neova personnel working at client facilities directly under the supervision of the client engineering leads.
