Unix/Linux Administration and Technical Support
As part of our Linux/Unix administration services, we provide a range of support services for Red Hat, CentOS, Sun Solaris, and HP-UX based operating systems. We monitor infrastructure and provide offshore support. Services often include troubleshooting network and server issues for clients running mission-critical applications on Linux Servers, such as audio-video streams to text. Responsibility for support during overnight hours is also a Neova specialty.
