Case Study: Avoke
Raytheon BBN Technologies required a graphical representation (tree view) of the different routes taken during a call made via their Call Center Analytics application.
A display of the traffic through each node would provide a picture of the caller's path, thereby helping the administrators to analyze and optimize the time being spent in the IVR.
The Neova team took complete ownership of the project, from architecture to implementation and maintenance. Scrum methodology was followed and a Java Applet-based solution implemented. Communication between server-side JavaScript and client-side Java Applet formed the backbone of this feature.
