Avoke: Caller Experience Analytics
Avoke is a
product development company offering its solutions in the domain of Caller
Experience Analytics. The caller path
is the call route where in each node represents caller’s interaction with the
IVR or the call receiver. The challenge was to represent this call route in a
rich interface which can show the entire call hierarchy. User’s should be able
to easily navigate through the entire hierarchy with each node showing

RAMP - Content Cues
Content Cues are content sensitive instructions
that are executed when a particular keyword, phrase or any derived NLP (Natural
Language Processing) are encountered in a Player at a particular time. The
Player owned and made by the client is the Web’s first video player to deliver
a true "lean-forward" consumption experience.
